Hi, wonderful news! Thanks a lot.

I'm just having some problem running the tutorial when it loads cubemaps  because my hardware doesn't support non-power-of-two textures.

Awww. Bugger. You are totally right. Not all SM3 hardware supports non power of two cubemaps.

I'll fix it up. Thanks

Ok I've uploaded a fix.
I took the opportunity to tweak some numbers, and to separate the textures into sparate RGB/M textures, so you can more easily see the colours/multiplier if viewing them on the disk.

Really awesome tutorial! Thanks for fixing it up so quickly.

It runs well even on my old laptop (ATI 1400).

This is a very interesting lighting technique. Xen rocks! ;-)
