Shader bind error on XBOX

Hi i'm using xen on my xbox, I've tried the xbox tutorials and work fine, i was triying to do a xbox test but it shows error "code 3" when i launch the game, i tracked the error to the shader.bind method->getShader->GetInstance in MaterialShader.cs, when it uses System.Reflection to load the compiled class for the shader it breaks the application and shows error "code 3" on XNA game studio connect... could you please help me, i was checking the xbox tutorials and compare them to my classes and are almost the same.

I'm very sorry for my slow reply, I missed your post.

This is with xen 1.8?

Is this error with the debugger attached? If possible, can you tell me what the second string parameter to the failing GetInstance call is? or what the settings for the MaterialShader are?
  It sounds very odd, there shouldn't be any missing internal class types.

I'm struggling to think what could be causing this, it's been a long time since I touched that code since it has *entirely* changed in xen 2.
