tiny_4anim.x (tutorial 20) scaling

Hello all,

I am having issues re-creating tutorial20 (with only 1 instance of an actor). When I instantiate and draw the actor with the tiny_4anim.x, the Tiny model is HUGE. So large in fact, that the created ground-disk is dwarfed. I am using the model resources directly from the tutorials and cannot find the code where tutorial20 scales the model down to fit in the ground disk.

I get around this by multiplying the world matrix for the Actor by a scaling matrix, but I'd prefer to understand where in tutorial20 Tiny gets scaled, since I cannot find it. Can anyone familiar with this help me out with the answer?

ah, the scaling is in the properties for the resource, not the code. Missed that for a while in vs2010 since the Content Processor properties are contracted by default.
