I get 74 errors when running pre build

One other person is also getting this problem, and I'm honestly not sure what the cause is.

Can you please tell me:

What OS you are running, if it's 64bit and the service packs.
If possible, the month of the DirectX SDK you are running (eg, march 08).
What language and region windows is set to.

Finally, can you please open the main Xen project (Xen.sln in the src directory) and then open the following shader file in visual studio:

Xen.Ex Project / Graphics / Display  / Billboard.fx

Can you then save the file, this will force the shader compiler plugin to run. Please note down what (if any) new errors that appear in the Error List panel. Finally, can you post the generated file billboard.fx.cs (in the Directory directory).

One last thing,
Can you go into the Xen.Ex\Graphics\Display directory, and run the following via the command line:

fxc Billboard.fx /T fx_2_0 /Op /Fc output.txt

And then send me the output.txt file (or post it to pastebin.com) then I'd *greatly* appreciate it, and it will help me track this down properly.
