about *.fx.cs

I wrote a transparent material shader .
I would like to ask how to generate shader.fx.cs?

Hi. This is demonstrated in Tutorial 03.
You need to add the shader to the project, just like a code file - but set it's 'Custom Tool' property to 'XenFX'.
